PAX Plus 10 Year Warranty
How Long Does the Warranty Limited Last?
PAX Plus comes with a ten (10) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
PAX Labs only warrants the PAX Plus device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 years from date of retail purchase from PAX and from authorized PAX retailers by the original purchaser (this Limited Warranty is NOT transferable to subsequent purchasers). Warranty does not apply should you purchase through an unauthorized 3rd party reseller, including Craigslist. The limited warranty only applies to goods sold on Amazon in partnership with KPSDirect. The limited warranty only applies to goods sold on eBay authorized retailers who work in partnership with KP Sport. We will not honor warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
What Will PAX Labs Do?
If a valid claim under this Limited Warranty is received within the 10 year warranty period, PAX Labs will, at its discretion, (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new. Note: Replacement product color is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of PAX Labs.
Personalized/engraved or limited edition devices will be replaced with a standard/non-engraved device. If you have purchased a non-custom engraved device from pax.com, PAX will make an effort to issue a replacement device that is also engraved with a non-custom design. We cannot guarantee that your replacement device will have the same engraving as your original device. If engraved devices are no longer available, you may receive a non-engraved device.
Except as stated herein, PAX Labs makes no other express warranty.
What is NOT Covered by the Warranty?
Any non-PAX Labs products, any PAX Labs products other than the PAX Plus device; accessories or attachments including the concentrate adaptor (which are covered by the separate accessories warranty policy); damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; damage caused by the device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g. liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, unusually heavy perspiration or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g. sand, food, dirt or similar substances); damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use as described by PAX Labs in the device documentation; damage caused by concentrates, the concentrate adapter, or waxes; a device or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; damage to the device (1) attributable to accessories or attachments not authorized or recommended by PAX Labs or (2) attributable to accessories or attachments authorized or recommended by PAX Labs but where usage thereof was outside of normal or recommended use; cosmetic damage occurring through wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic; any device where the serial number has been tampered with, erased or obscured or is not genuine; and normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions. Please contact PAX Customer Care for more information on battery degradation. In addition, opening, disassembling or tampering with your device in any way will void this Limited Warranty.
How Do You Get Service?
To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, the original purchaser must do the following: Review this PAX Labs 10 year Limited Warranty to confirm that the device is warranted hereunder. Proof of purchase may be requested before warranty service will be provided. Please retain your purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase for your records. It is recommended soon after purchase and prior to submitting a request for warranty support and for your convenience, you register the date of retail purchase and device serial number as both are needed to establish the start/end dates of the Limited Warranty. If no date of purchase is registered or no record of the purchase date is provided by you or otherwise available to PAX Labs at the time warranty service is requested, the warranty start/end dates will be determined by date of device manufacture using the device serial number. Contact PAX Support to arrange warranty service by submitting a support request, including as many details as possible of the problem experienced to ensure prompt service.
Please note:
PAX Support may request additional details about the device, including pictures or videos and attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service. All devices approved for warranty service must be returned to PAX Labs before a replacement device will be provided. Depending on your geography, you may be responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the device to PAX Labs or our designated local affiliate. PAX strongly encourages you to send returns with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. PAX Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent by you. The cost of return shipping to you for devices not covered by this Limited Warranty shall be your responsibility, and PAX Labs may require pre-payment of shipping charges before we return such devices. Original purchasers returning devices for repair or replacement will be subject to age-verification. PAX Labs will only honor this Limited Warranty from original purchasers of legal age to purchase the device.
Can I Return My Device For Refund?
Refunds are only available for new, unused, and unopened devices purchased on pax.com by a customer located within the EU or UK, and must be returned directly to PAX Labs or the local affiliate of our choice within fourteen (14) days of receipt. For health and hygiene reasons if the tamper proof seal is broken, a refund cannot be honored. Devices purchased through an authorized PAX retailer will not be refunded by PAX Labs; in such case, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the device and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds.
What is the Scope of PAX Labs’ and Your Rights and Responsibilities?
In no event shall PAX Labs be liable for monetary damages or other losses arising from any device defect or failure, including, but not limited to, for any loss of use, time or for any inconvenience or for any incidental or consequential damages. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by locality. PAX Labs is not responsible for and will not be bound by any additional warranties provided by retailers and does not authorize any other person to make or assume any obligation or liability in connection with any of its devices.
Counterfeiting
The fight against unauthorized and counterfeit devices is a long-term commitment to quality and service by PAX Labs. PAX Labs advises consumers to be cautious when purchasing devices from unauthorized resellers. PAX Labs does not provide warranty service for devices purchased from unauthorized resellers. While PAX Labs would like to help the victims of counterfeiting, we are not able to reimburse money used to purchase infringing or counterfeit goods, nor do we assist with the resolution of disputes.

PAX Mini comes with a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser.

PAX 2 Limited Warranty Details
10 Year Limited Warranty Information
PAX Labs, Inc. warrants PAX 2 (not its accessories) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, PAX Labs, Inc. will either (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product. Please see our return policy below for refunds.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.

The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by PAX Labs, Inc. that can be identified by the PAX trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them and purchased at an authorized retailer, serviced by an authorized PAX distributor.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-PAX products.
This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by PAX; (c) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (d) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic (e) Damage to the device (1) attributable to accessories or attachments not authorized or recommended by PAX Labs or (2) attributable to accessories or attachments authorized or recommended by PAX Labs but where usage thereof was outside of normal or recommended use; (f) Any device where the serial number has been tampered with, erased or obscured or is not genuine; and (g) Damage caused by the device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g. liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, unusually heavy perspiration or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g. sand, food, dirt or similar substances);

PAX Labs advises consumers to be cautious when purchasing devices from unauthorized resellers as the quality, reliability and safety of these products is uncertain and in some cases, may expose the user to serious dangers not encountered with genuine PAX Labs products.
PAX Labs has deployed a devoted team to actively pursue and investigate unauthorized resellers and counterfeiters in an effort to protect customers and business partners. By finding counterfeiters and taking legal action against them, we believe we're doing our part since many people do not understand the global ramifications of counterfeiting, or the cycle of abuse they are supporting when purchasing counterfeit goods.
While PAX Labs would like to help the victims of counterfeiting, we're not able to reimburse money used to purchase infringing goods since such goods were not bought from PAX, nor do we assist with the resolution of disputes, including assistance with PayPal or credit card refunds.

If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, PAX Labs, Inc. will either (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product. The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.
Warranty does not apply should you purchase through an unauthorized 3rd party reseller, including Craigslist. The limited warranty only applies to goods sold on Amazon in partnership with KPSDirect. The limited warranty only applies to goods sold on eBay authorized retailers who work in partnership with KP Sport. We will not honor warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

Exclusions and Limitations
The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by PAX Labs, Inc. that can be identified by the PAX trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them and purchased at an authorized retailer, serviced by an authorized PAX distributor.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-PAX products.
This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by PAX; (c) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (d) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic (e) Damage to the device (1) attributable to accessories or attachments not authorized or recommended by PAX Labs or (2) attributable to accessories or attachments authorized or recommended by PAX Labs but where usage thereof was outside of normal or recommended use; (f) Any device where the serial number has been tampered with, erased or obscured or is not genuine; and (g) Damage caused by the device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g. liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, unusually heavy perspiration or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g. sand, food, dirt or similar substances);
Important: Warranty applies to original end-user purchasers only and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller such as eBay and Craigslist. PAX warranties only apply to devices purchased at any authorized retailer serviced by an authorized PAX distributor. For questions regarding authorized retailers, please contact us.
Intentionally opening up or disassembling your device in any way will void your warranty.

PAX Labs, Inc. neither makes or assumes and does not authorize any other person, including any PAX authorized retailer, to make or assume any obligation or liability in connection with any of its devices other than as covered by this Limited Warranty.
Return Policy
Please carefully research the product you are interested in before purchasing. Refunds are only available for new, unopened and unused devices purchased on pax.com by a customer located within the EU or UK within fourteen (14) days of receipt. For health and hygiene reasons if the tamper proof seal is broken a refund cannot be honored. Devices purchased through an authorized retailer cannot be refunded by PAX; in such case, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the device and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds.

The fight against unauthorized sales and counterfeiting is a long-term commitment to quality and service by PAX Labs, Inc. PAX is dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the modern technologies, beautiful design and world-class support that encompass the brand.
PAX Labs advises consumers to be cautious when purchasing devices from unauthorized resellers as the quality, reliability and safety of these products is uncertain and in some cases, may expose the user to serious dangers not encountered with genuine PAX Labs products.
PAX Labs has deployed a devoted team to actively pursue and investigate unauthorized resellers and counterfeiters in an effort to protect customers and business partners. By finding counterfeiters and taking legal action against them, we believe we're doing our part since many people do not understand the global ramifications of counterfeiting, or the cycle of abuse they are supporting when purchasing counterfeit goods.
While PAX Labs would like to help the victims of counterfeiting, we're not able to reimburse money used to purchase infringing goods since such goods were not bought from PAX, nor do we assist with the resolution of disputes, including assistance with PayPal or credit card refunds.
Contact PAX to learn more about authorized dealers, as any product purchased outside of our exclusive sales network runs the risk of being counterfeit and is not guaranteed under warranty.

ACCESSORIES
PAX accessories purchased on pax.com by a customer located within the EU or UK are covered by limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers both standalone accessories and accessories that come with device purchases. The accessories limited warranty does not apply should you purchase through an unauthorized 3rd party reseller, including Craigslist. What is NOT covered by the accessories warranty?
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; Damage caused by the accessory or its associated device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g. liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, unusually heavy perspiration or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g. sand, food, dirt or similar substances); Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use as described by PAX Labs in accompanying documentation; Damage caused by concentrates, the concentrate adapter, or waxes; An accessory or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; Damage to the accessory (1) attributable to accessories or attachments not authorized or recommended by PAX Labs or (2) attributable to accessories or attachments authorized or recommended by PAX Labs but where usage thereof was outside of normal or recommended use; Cosmetic damage occurring through wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic; Any accessory where the serial number has been tampered with, erased or obscured or is not genuine; and normal performance degradation of electronic parts or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions. Please contact PAX Customer Care for more information on degradation. In addition, opening, disassembling or tampering with your accessory in any unauthorized manner will void this Limited Warranty.
How Do You Get Service?
To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, the original purchaser must do the following: Review this PAX Labs Accessories 2-year Limited Warranty to confirm that the accessory is warranted hereunder. Proof of purchase may be requested before warranty service will be provided. Please retain your purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase for your records. It is recommended soon after purchase and prior to submitting a request for warranty support and for your convenience, you register the date of retail purchase and serial number (if any) as both are needed to establish the start/end dates of the Limited Warranty. If no date of purchase is registered or no record of the purchase date is provided by you or otherwise available to PAX Labs at the time warranty service is requested, the warranty start/end dates may be determined by date of device manufacture using the device serial number, if the accessory is used with a device. Contact PAX Support to arrange warranty service by submitting a support request, including as many details as possible of the problem experienced to ensure prompt service.
Please note:
PAX Support may request additional details about the accessory, including pictures or videos and attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service. All accessories approved for warranty service must be returned to PAX Labs our our designated local affiliate before a replacement accessory will be provided. Depending on your geography, you may be responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the accessory to PAX Labs or our designated local affilate. PAX strongly encourages you to send returns with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. PAX Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent by you. The cost of return shipping to you for accessories not covered by this Limited Warranty shall be your responsibility, and PAX Labs may require pre-payment of shipping charges before we return such replacement. Original purchasers returning accessories under this Limited Warranty policy will be subject to age-verification. PAX Labs will only honor this Limited Warranty from original purchasers of legal age to purchase the accessory.
Can I Return My Accessory For Refund?
This return policy applies only to standalone accessories. For our return policy regarding the return of accessories included with devices, refer to the device return policy. Refunds for standalone accessories are only available for new, unused, and unopened accessories purchased on pax.com by a customer located within the EU or UK and must be returned directly to PAX Labs or the local affiliate of our choice within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. PAX Labs is not responsible for and will not be bound by any additional warranties provided by retailers and does not authorize any other person to make or assume any obligation or liability in connection with any of its devices.
